CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
Allowing Emancipation Hall to be used for a ceremony to dedicate the Semiquincentennial Congressional Time Capsule on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.
Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring),
use of emancipation hall for a ceremony to dedicate the semiquincentennial time capsule in honor of america's 250th anniversary
Section 1. (a) Authorization.--Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center is authorized to be used on June 24, 2026, for a ceremony to dedicate the Semiquincentennial Congressional Time Capsule in honor of the 250th Anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. (b) Preparations.--Physical preparations for the ceremony described in subsection (a) shall be carried out in accordance with such conditions as the Architect of the Capitol may prescribe. <all>
