A BILL

To clarify and update Federal policy governing operation and maintenance of the Toussaint River Federal navigation project in Carroll Township, Ohio, as authorized under section 107 of the River and Harbor Act of 1960, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. TOUSSAINT RIVER FEDERAL NAVIGATION PROJECT, CARROLL TOWNSHIP, OHIO.

(a) Cost Share.--The cost share for operation and maintenance activities for the Toussaint River Federal navigation project, Carroll Township, Ohio, authorized pursuant to section 107 of the River and Harbor Act of 1960 (33 U.S.C. 577), shall be in accordance with the cost share described in section 101(b)(1) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (33 U.S.C. 2211(b)(1)). (b) Effective Date.--This Act shall be effective as of the 1st day of the Federal fiscal year in which this Act is enacted, and shall apply to such Federal fiscal year and each Federal fiscal year thereafter. <all>
