A BILL

To amend the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 to authorize assistance for the project for water and wastewater infrastructure, Newton County, Georgia.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ``Newton County Water Infrastructure Improvement Act''.

SEC. 2. ENVIRONMENTAL INFRASTRUCTURE.

Section 219(f) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4835; 113 Stat. 335; 138 Stat. 3115) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(599) Newton county, georgia.--$23,900,000 for water and wastewater infrastructure, including water supply and distribution systems, in Newton County, Georgia.''. <all>
