A BILL

To add the Department of State and the Department of Homeland Security to the list of permitted disclosures for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ``Strengthened Checks for Reliable Evaluation of Entrants Nationwide Act of 2026'' or the ``SCREEN Act of 2026''.

SEC. 2. PERMITTED DISCLOSURES BY THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR MISSING AND EXPLOITED CHILDREN.

Section 2258A(g)(3) of title 18, United States Code, is amended-- (1) by redesignating subparagraphs (D) and (E) as subparagraphs (E) and (F), respectively; and (2) by inserting after subparagraph (C) the following new subparagraph (D): ``(D) the Department of State and the Department of Homeland Security for purposes of screening and vetting;''. <all>
