A BILL

To require a report on the death of Shireen Abu Akleh.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ``Justice for Shireen Act''.

SEC. 2. REPORT ON DEATH OF SHIREEN ABU AKLEH.

(a) In General.--Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Secretary of State, in consultation with the Attorney General, Director of National Intelligence, and Secretary of Defense, shall submit to Congress a report on the death of Shireen Abu Akleh. (b) Matters To Be Included.--The report required by subsection (a) shall include-- (1) an identification of those individuals and entities that carried out, participated in, or were otherwise complicit in, or responsible for the death of Shireen Abu Akleh; (2) an identification of any United States defense materials, funds or services that were implicated in the death of Shireen Abu Akleh; and (3) as attachments, any unredacted report that may be relevant, including any report conducted by the U.S. Security Coordinator for Israel and the Palestinian Authority. (c) Form.--The report required by subsection (a) shall be submitted in unclassified form and made available to the public at the same time on the website of the Department of State. <all>
