A BILL
To amend title 38, United States Code, to eliminate the cap on the number of waivers to certain pay limitations that the Secretary of Veterans Affairs may issue for critical health care personnel of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. MODIFICATION OF LIMITATION ON WAIVER FOR PAY OF CRITICAL HEALTH CARE PERSONNEL OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS.
Section 7431(e)(6) of title 38, United States Code, is amended-- (1) by striking subparagraph (D); and (2) by redesignating subparagraphs (E), (F), and (G) as subparagraphs (D), (E), and (F), respectively. <all>
