A BILL
To name the community-based outpatient clinic of the Department of Veterans Affairs in Newton, New Jersey, as the ``Anthony `Tony' J. Gallopo VA Clinic''.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. NAME OF DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS COMMUNITY-BASED OUTPATIENT CLINIC, NEWTON, NEW JERSEY.
(a) In General.--The community-based outpatient clinic of the Department of Veterans Affairs in Newton, New Jersey, shall after the date of the enactment of this Act be known and designated as the ``Anthony `Tony' J. Gallopo Department of Veterans Affairs Clinic'' or the ``Anthony `Tony' J. Gallopo VA Clinic''. (b) References.--Any reference in any law, regulation, map, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the clinic described in subsection (a) shall be considered to be a reference to the Anthony ``Tony'' J. Gallopo VA Clinic. <all>
